Our event coverage packages are designed to capture the essence of your event, whether it’s an intimate gathering or a full-scale celebration. We offer flexible options to suit your needs, ensuring that each package delivers professional, high-quality coverage: • Mini Event Package: Ideal for smaller events or quick captures. Up to 2 hours of coverage, with minimal editing to deliver key moments in a clean, concise format. Perfect for short celebrations, business meetings, or intimate gatherings such as birthday parties, small ceremonies, or promotional pop-up events. • Half-Day Event Package: For mid-sized events or partial-day coverage. Up to 4 hours of filming, with moderate editing to showcase the best moments, from key highlights to candid interactions. • Full-Day Event Package: Our most comprehensive option, providing up to 8 hours of coverage and advanced editing to tell the full story of your event. Cancellation Policy
For bookings within the New York City metropolitan area, reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Clients in this area can cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the start time. For out-of-state bookings (not including the freelance editing service), a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required, and cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least one week before the start date.
